COST

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Oglesby Insurance Agency, LLC text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Oglesby Insurance Agency, LLC does not impose a separate fee for sending Oglesby Insurance Agency, LLC text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.

STOP or Opt-Out Information

You can cancel SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP. Once you reply STOP to us, we will send a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you enroll. You are responsible for notifying Oglesby Insurance Agency, LLC immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Oglesby Insurance Agency, LLC of a number change by contacting Customer Care at 1-813-655-7111.

You agree to indemnify Oglesby Insurance Agency, LLC in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notifyOglesby Insurance Agency, LLC if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed

It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports text messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Your receipt of Oglesby Insurance Agency, LLC text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Oglesby Insurance Agency’s control, and Oglesby Insurance Agency, LLC is not responsible or liable for issues arising from such network services (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages).

Changes in SMS Terms and Conditions

We may modify these Terms from time to time with or without notice to you. Unless we indicate otherwise, modifications will be effective as of the date they are posted on this page or any successor page and supersede any prior Terms. You should look at the Terms regularly. Your continued opt-in to receive messages from Oglesby Insurance Agency, LLC following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
